My Journey: Born Into Performance
Sport and discipline weren't just interests in my household — they were a way of life. Raised in a family of coaches, I was immersed in the world of athletic excellence from my earliest memories. Starting at the young age of 9 years old I began doing at home workouts that I believed would give me abs in 30 days, We all know them. However what I didn't know then is that this marked the start of my total performance journey and that the eagerness to understand high performance and the idea of reaching such heights would never leave my thoughts.
This unique environment didn't just teach me about training techniques or competition strategies. It sparked a profound fascination with the deeper question: What truly makes High Performers?
Growing up surrounded by coaching wisdom, I witnessed first-hand how the greatest athletes weren't necessarily the most naturally gifted, but those who understood the delicate balance between pushing limits and sustainable development. This early exposure shaped my philosophy that performance coaching must address the whole athlete — body, mind, and spirit.
